This was pretty insightful, Kevin! When I read the prompt, I was scared because I had no idea how I would go about with it myself.

But fortunately, your experiences gave you some insights into how you'd navigate it.

I really liked how you highlighted how frustrating it can be for both designers and users. Questions like "How do you balance being transparent while maintaining reputation?" was something I never thought about before.

I also liked how the app happens to have a status page. Not entirely sure if that's a common thing with apps these days but I like how that's an option presented to the user to provide some sense of transparency.

But I think my favorite part was the fact that you had a "Back to Items" button not just to illustrate that there was somewhere else to go on the app but to ensure that the app was still working. Normally whenever I get notifications like this, I always assumed that my phone was causing my app to crash as opposed to the app itself.
