Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so happy I got to connect with you here to learn a lot about UX writing when I first started this journey. Your feedback means a lot.

I completely agree with your feedback. One of the things that I asked myself numerous times was: "If I was the designer, how would I arrange these components? If I was allowed to change the design, what would I do?"

However, I hesitated because I felt confined to writing only and that designing components was the job of the designer(s) and stakeholders. There were a myriad of things I would have changed, but I suppose that I limited myself to "just content" because I thought that was the scope of my job.
